Celery ease memory loss

The increase in people with dementia is one of issues in Japan.

I guess the number of people who are interested in dietary knowledge of preventing dementia is also increasing in Japan.

I have qualifications of dementia-preventing dietary coach and vegetable sommelier-professional.

I'd like to tell the knowledge of dementia-preventing to many people.

Today I introduce celery as food of preventing dementia.

A chemical found in celery and green pepper may help ease symptoms including memory loss of people suffering from brain diseases such as Alzheimer's, according to a study of illinois university.

Specifically, luteolin, the researchers said, could combat dementia that stems from brain inflammation; memory loss is a symptom of dementia.

That is why I reccommend including celery to your diet.
