Privatization of Postal service is working?
Former priminister Junichiro Koizumi was introducaed privatization of Postal service and Public care insurance persistently. I don't still understand why he was so persistant to introduce these two system. Postal service was in the dumps by the growth of e-mail. Staff in postal service try to sell their service to cumtomers insistently. Staff are not professional about sales and marketing. Therefore, postal stations are one of places where people do not drop by.
Breakdown of Care insurance
Another system former priminister Junichiro Koizumi was public care insurance. I have made valuation about this system. However, these days some people call present situation about the system breakdown of Puxlic care insurance. Care cost was getting high, so it is getting difficult to continue this system, As the evidence of that, goverment reduce members in need of nursing care the insurance cover. In short, the members in lower need of nursing care was not covered by care insurance. The nursing care for them was not paid enough. Therefore, care agencies cannot get the benefit well. That drive up bankruptcies.
How does this happen?
First, I was wonering why they cannot predict the brokedown of care insurance. I believe that goverment does not expect people are accustomed to puclic care insurance fast. A lifetime ago people are not likely to use care service because they are concerned about appearances. Many people are ashamed of using care service becaure daughers-in-law are supposed to take care of the member in need of nursing care. Beyond expectation, people are used to use care service such as day care serivice. The time is long gone when daughters-in-law take care of the member in need of care. Now, government try to reduce the member in need of nursing care public insurace cover. It is getting changed into the system the only the member in need of heavy nursing care. We will see how it goes if goverment continue to reduce the member.
